The 1st American Taekwon-Do Martial Arts Referees & Judges Seminar concluded with grand success on August 17, 2025, under the distinguished guidance and leadership of Senior Master Melvin Morte. Over 30 Masters, Instructors, and members attended the seminar.

The primary purpose of this historic event was to foster a deeper understanding of the rules and regulations of both ITF and WT Taekwon-Do. The American Taekwon-Do Martial Arts Academy (ATMAA) will host the inaugural American Open Taekwon-Do Martial Arts Championship in 2026.
